Data visualization
The main challenge for this project was to show the maximum amount of data about the order. It needed to be flexible and scalable because each order can have a different amount of services or products related.
Process consistency
We have also redesigned the emails associated with the tracking process to add consistency so that the user never feels lost during the whole process.
